Hi Sylver, I'm planning to update WxWidget to version 2.6.3 for amule. I know that in your image there is the version 2.6.2 ad I know that I had to uninstall current WxWidget before update. What version of WdWidget did you compile and merge in your image? WxGTK or WxBase? Bye!

Sylver please answer me, I read also your posts on amule forum regarding the problem with unicode. Did you compile Wxwidget with unicode support? Bye!

I bet on my luck and fortunatly I managed to update my WxWidget 8) . First of all you can use WxBase instead of WxWidget (also because I don't know which command use in ./configure to use base toolkit instead of GTK toolkit  ). I compiled the libraries and I uninstalled the old WxWidget manually following the instructions on amule wiki. Then I installed the new compiled WxWidget base and everything went well, in fact I succesfull compiled CVS amule with WxWidget 2.6.3. Bye!!!!

P.S. You can use unicode support in WxWidget without any problems
