Yay! I finally have a proper kuro-initscripts put together. This allows proper shutdown/reboot and the system now pays attention to the power button. if you press the power button twice quickly the machine will reboot, if you hold the button in long it will shutdown.
A lot of the actual work was lifted from the Gentoo scripts but it needed to be packaged differently for Fedora.
This is the one package available via the kuro yum repo. To install it please install the following rpm:
rpm -ivh http://kurobox.com/fedora/4/ppc/RPMS.kuro/kuro-release-4-0.kuro.2.noarch.rpm
After you have the kuro yum repo you can use yum to install kuro-initscripts:
yum install kuro-initscripts
Its late now.. I only tested reboot, I didn't test shutdown. If anybody finds any issues please let me know.
