Hi

I can only boot my kurobox pro from tftp. I don't have a serial cable. How to factory reset it after installing "Buffalo Provided Developer System" from cd.

Thanks.

At the moment your uboot settings are configured to take a uImage from sda1 and rootfs from sda2. The only way to change these would be to use the console in some way, and at the moment the only console access you have is through serial. Personally I would reccomend you invest in serial access.

However one other way such a situation could be dealt with is to boot up another rootfs one way would be to use Foonas EM via tftp, however serial console access would be helpful here if not kind of necessary. I suppose you could try without using information that you'd have to pull together from the following sources:

Another way would be to install another rootfs in place of the one that is on your hard drive at present. I'd reccomend Armel Lenny Debian. You'd have to make a few adjustments but it should work.
