Does anyone have any prebuilt binaries for the JTAG Tools under Cygwin. I tried to follow the instruction under the Kurobox Kiwi and I have found errors during the compilation.

I managed to install JTAG tools under Ubuntu VMWARE but I do not know If I am wasting my time due to LPT compatibility. I had a Linux partition in my Windows box and it got corrupted.

I recently got a JTAG device from the following link and I do not know which settings I am supposed to dohttp://www.diygadget.com/store/jtag-test-tool/wiggler-buffered-all-in-one-jtag-programmer-version-2/prod_33.html

Is seems that this forum is becoming quite pitiful....

This Kurobox forum is dead......

We are not dead. The Kurobox is an older platform and many people just uyse it these days. Regardig the JTAG tools. I have not been able to help people with running JTAG tools under Cygwin or VmWare. The main problem I believe is the Parallell port driver and access in Windows. I have tested the JTAG adapter from the kurobox.com wiki
http://www.nas-central.org/index.php/Bu ... _Interface
And the JTAG tools on a native debian system. I think you are going to have much better luck runing any JTAG tool via emulation over windows. Download a live CD and run the tools from a USB drive. I also do not know if that adapter will work with the Kuro. It should but you might need to take a peek at reset lines and whatnot.

Hint of the day: See pages added to the wiki via RSS: http://www.kurobox.com/mwiki/index.php? ... s&feed=rss
